APEX Everett

APEX Everett is a multi-space venue in a restored historic building in downtown Everett, Washington. Its rooms suit a range of gatherings, from intimate dinners and meetings to weddings, private celebrations and larger corporate functions. Event planners can choose one space or combine rooms to shape the occasion and guest experience.

Kings Hall is the venue's live music and larger-event space, with a stage, sound and lighting equipment, and capacity for events of up to 850 guests, depending on the layout. The Gatsby Room offers a more formal setting for receptions and celebrations, while the Green Room is designed for smaller meetings, private dining, cocktail receptions and rehearsal dinners. It can seat up to 40 guests or host around 60 people in a reception-style arrangement.

The venue explicitly welcomes wedding bookings, with options that include the Gatsby Room and Kings Hall, as well as preparation suites and space for rehearsal dinners. APEX also hosts corporate events, galas, holiday parties, fundraisers and private dinners. In-house catering and bar service are available, and the team can discuss room layouts, event logistics and production requirements with organisers. Tables, chairs and black linens are included with most rentals. Built-in audiovisual features are available in some spaces, with additional sound, lighting, staging and production options by arrangement. On-site parking and tours for prospective clients are also offered.
