Brick Room Events

Brick Room Events is a historic venue in downtown Conway, Arkansas, offering a flexible setting for weddings, receptions, private celebrations and corporate events. The characterful building combines an urban feel with historic details, including a striking high ceiling and around 5,400 square feet of adaptable event space. Organisers can shape the room to suit their occasion, from a seated dinner to a larger reception or standing event.

Venue hire includes access for an extended event day, dining tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, and food service tables. The space can seat around 200 people comfortably, with a higher capacity for standing arrangements. A bridal lounge, covered patio, sound system and free Wi-Fi add to the facilities. A catering preparation area is available, and the venue has an open-vendor policy, so organisers can select their own caterer, decorator and other suppliers.

For couples who prefer a more bundled option, wedding packages bring together venue access and selected furnishings, linens, lighting, sound equipment and bar service. An all-inclusive wedding package is also available, with options including catering, florals, an arch and an officiant. Bar service can be arranged through the venue, with staff serving alcoholic drinks. Additional design support includes scaled floor plans and set-up or breakdown of items supplied through Brick Room Events.

The venue also offers packages for smaller parties and configurable options for different dates and event requirements. Brick Room Events does not provide in-house event planning or day-of coordination, but can recommend vendors. Its central Conway location has nearby parking options, and the space is wheelchair accessible, except for the upstairs bridal lounge.
