The large hall can accommodate up to 300 people seated or 900 people standing, subject to the safety limits set by the town council. It includes a stage area equipped with a sound system, a screen and a projector, making it suitable for speeches, presentations or entertainment. Tables and chairs are also provided. A catering area is available for preparing or reheating food, and tableware can be hired as an extra.
Bookings must be requested in writing from the town council. Requests can be made up to twelve months before the desired date. The hall can be hired for a weekday or a weekend, with rates varying according to the organiser's profile and their connection to the local area. The booking is confirmed once the contract has been signed and a deposit has been paid. Organisers must also provide the requested supporting documents and pay the balance before the hire.
