Roots of Respect offers a flexible space for organisers planning meetings, workshops, training sessions, team activities, exhibitions, creative classes and wellbeing events in Leeds. Set in the University Quarter, the venue combines a calm, plant-filled interior with a practical layout that can be adapted to suit different gatherings. Its main event room measures 47.5 square metres and can be divided into two areas, making it useful for sessions that need a separate breakout space as well as a main room.

Organisers can choose from several seating arrangements. The space can accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre-style layout, 25 in classroom format, or 20 in boardroom and U-shaped arrangements. Large windows bring in natural light, while wooden floors and a neutral finish provide a straightforward backdrop for different activities. Free Wi-Fi and multiple power points are available, and a projector, IT support, AV and lighting can be arranged on request.

The venue also offers tea and coffee, with catering, room styling and furniture hire available as additional options. Its team can discuss booking requirements and arrange a viewing before confirming a hire. The central Leeds location is served by regular buses, and the train station is around a 15-minute walk away, with a car park a short walk from the building.
