Spearfish Convention Center

Spearfish Convention Center is a flexible venue in Spearfish, South Dakota, for organisers planning conferences, conventions, business meetings, weddings, banquets and other gatherings. Its ten event rooms offer a combined 14,721 square feet of space, with layouts suited to plenary sessions, smaller breakout meetings, meals, receptions and exhibitor areas. The centre can host events for up to 1,000 guests, while its dedicated wedding reception spaces cater for celebrations of different sizes and styles.

Organisers can work with the venue’s events team on room arrangements and practical planning. For conferences, the staff can help coordinate spaces for general sessions, breakouts and meals, and pipe and drape can be arranged for vendor booths. Audio-visual equipment is available to support meetings and training sessions.

On-site catering is available for receptions, banquets and business events, with options including served meals and buffets. Menus can be tailored to the occasion, and food service can cover everything from breakfast and refreshments to working lunches and celebratory dinners.

An attached Holiday Inn adds 145 guest rooms and suites, making the property a practical choice for multi-day conferences, retreats and weddings with out-of-town attendees. Guests also have access to the on-site Lucky’s 13 Pub and restaurant, while the venue provides ample complimentary parking. Located near Interstate 90, the centre offers event planners a single site combining function space, accommodation, dining and event support in the Black Hills region.
