Greater Fort Lauderdale / Broward County Conventio

Greater Fort Lauderdale / Broward County Convention Center is a large-scale venue for organisers planning conferences, conventions, trade shows, exhibitions and corporate or community events. Its facilities bring together substantial exhibition space, adaptable meeting rooms, ballrooms and outdoor event areas, allowing organisers to host different parts of a programme across one site.

The exhibition halls provide around 350,000 square feet of contiguous space for trade fairs, public expos and industry showcases. For conferences and business gatherings, the centre offers meeting rooms and conference suites, alongside large ballrooms that can be divided into smaller sections or used for general sessions, banquets and receptions. The Grand Ballroom, Floridian Ballroom, Palm Ballroom and Atlantic Ballroom give planners a range of capacities and layouts, while the waterfront plaza and amphitheatre provide options for outdoor functions.

Organisers can request venue proposals and work with the centre’s planning team on room choices, floor plans and event requirements. The venue also supports event delivery with exhibitor services, loading facilities, high-speed internet and telecommunications, electrical utilities, catering and production services. Certain technical and operational services are provided through the centre’s designated or exclusive partners, so planners can coordinate these needs as part of their booking.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, the centre is suited to events that need purpose-built exhibition infrastructure as well as spaces for sessions, hospitality and networking. Its mix of large halls and more intimate rooms makes it possible to plan a multi-day convention, trade show or corporate gathering with different activities taking place at the same time.
