Fischer Hall

Fischer Hall is a historic venue in downtown Frankenmuth available for private and community event hire. Dating from 1894 and restored to reflect its early appearance, the hall offers a distinctive setting for weddings, parties, family celebrations, meetings, performances and other gatherings. Its heritage character gives organisers an alternative to a conventional function room while keeping the venue in the heart of town.

The hire includes tables and chairs, air conditioning, parking and access to a small kitchenette. A lectern and coffee urn are also available. Organisers can request additional equipment for a fee, including stage lighting, a sound system with wireless microphone, a DVD player, a projector and screen, and space on the hall’s marquee for a message. The room can be arranged for different kinds of occasions, from seated celebrations to auditorium-style presentations, with the hirer responsible for setting up and taking down furniture.

The hall is rented by the day, with rates varying by day of the week and by the number of days booked. Non-profit organisations may qualify for a weekday discount. Booking begins with a rental worksheet and confirmation of availability. A deposit secures the reservation, and renters must provide the required insurance documentation and signed agreement before the event. A separate security deposit is also required. Fischer Hall does not provide catering as part of the venue hire, so organisers can plan food and other suppliers separately. Its combination of period character, practical facilities and flexible use makes it suitable for both social occasions and local events.
