The Celebration Studio

The Celebration Studio is a flexible small event venue in Alexandria, Kentucky, designed for private celebrations, family gatherings and business functions. The venue offers exclusive use of a welcoming, open-plan event room that can accommodate up to 50 guests, making it suitable for intimate occasions where organisers want a space they can personalise.

The venue can be hired for birthday parties, anniversaries, graduation celebrations, retirement events, holiday gatherings, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, reunions and banquets. Business organisers can also use the space for meetings, training sessions, seminars, mixers and fundraisers. The studio may also be suitable for classes, photography sessions and commercial shoots.

Several booking options are available, including hourly hire and extended half-day, full-day and 36-hour rentals. Tables and chairs are arranged before arrival, with additional tables for catering, gifts, displays and refreshments. The venue includes a kitchen and serving area with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and drink tubs. Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth sound bar and a large television with HDMI, Chromecast, AirPlay and USB connectivity support presentations, background music and entertainment.

Organisers may bring their own food, drinks, caterer and alcohol, subject to the venue’s rules. Personal decorations are welcome, allowing each booking to reflect its occasion and theme. Private parking, unloading space, a downstairs bar and lounge area, and cleaning supplies are also provided. The renter manages set-up, breakdown and cleaning within the reserved hire period, giving organisers control over how the event is arranged from start to finish.
