La Cense d'Herbecq is a professional event venue in Saintes, near Tubize and approximately 25 minutes from Brussels. The former farmhouse combines the charm of historic buildings with contemporary comfort and offers companies an inspiring environment for seminars, training courses, meetings, coaching sessions, team days, and other business gatherings.

The venue features various spaces in the former stables, including meeting rooms, group rooms, and a larger hall for presentations or conferences. Thanks to the diverse layouts, organizers can plan executive meetings and workshops as well as larger corporate sessions and networking events. The rooms are suitable for boardroom, U-shape, theater, classroom, and cocktail arrangements. The largest spaces can accommodate groups of up to approximately 400 people for a reception or up to 200 guests for a seated dinner.

The restored barn is an additional asset. It can be used as an informal conclusion to a seminar, as a space for a product presentation, or as a venue for a multi-day exhibition. Vehicles can also be brought into the barn, which is interesting for product launches and commercial events. Outside, the estate features more than six hectares of greenery, suitable for walks, outdoor activities, and team building in a peaceful environment.

For breaks, lunches, and seminar packages, La Cense d'Herbecq works with a chef and a professional team. There are various gastronomic packages available, including light, vegetarian, and vegan options. Furthermore, the venue offers ample parking and works with personalized proposals tailored to the program, group size, and desired atmosphere of each corporate event.
