freiraum – Center for Seminars and Coaching rents out professionally equipped rooms in the Munich district of Schwabing-West. The services are aimed at coaches, trainers, seminar organizers, companies, associations, and groups who need an easily accessible space for their events or work.

Two seminar rooms are available for workshops, courses, training sessions, lectures, meetings, assemblies, and smaller events. This is complemented by two separate coaching rooms, which can be booked by the hour for consultations, coaching sessions, and meetings with a small number of people. Each coaching room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a table, chairs, and a flip chart.

The flexible self-service concept allows for uncomplicated and cost-effective use. Bookings can be made, changed, or canceled independently via an online system, depending on the room and occasion. Special time slots are available in the seminar rooms for evening events starting at 6:30 p.m. Rooms can be reserved up to one year in advance.

Shared areas such as a break bistro, a small kitchenette, and a practice area offer additional space for breaks and informal exchange. Tea, water, and a sparkling water dispenser are available for self-service; coffee drinks can be purchased on-site.
