Sim.academy in Chemnitz brings the thrill of real racing to a modern racing lounge. On five networked motorsport simulators, individuals, groups of friends, and companies can experience exciting races on famous racetracks. A variety of vehicles and tracks are available, from classic cars and touring cars to Formula 1 race cars. This makes the offering ideal for both motorsport fans and newcomers who want to experience the thrill of racing without owning a car or having to travel far.
For event planners, the Race_Lounge is an attractive venue for unique corporate events, incentives, and team-building activities. Up to 15 participants compete against each other in tournament mode. A typical schedule might consist of practice, qualifying, and a race. Participants gain initial experience, improve their driving skills, and then compete for the best lap times. The networked simulators create a shared racing experience with a competitive element and plenty of conversation starters.
In addition, Sim.academy offers free driving sessions, hot lap challenges, and special motorsport formats. The monthly changing combinations of track and vehicle ensure variety. Preparing for a track day is also possible, as driving lines, braking points, and behavior on different circuits can be practiced.
The Race_Lounge is located in Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf and is available by appointment. Compact mini-events are offered for smaller groups, while corporate events can be arranged individually. A pre-race drink is also possible, as the entire activity takes place virtually. Sim.academy thus combines motorsport, competition, and shared experiences in a unique event format.
