Ashley Center is a private meeting and event facility set among the trees of James Island County Park in Charleston, South Carolina. The venue offers a quieter alternative to a conventional office or hotel, making it suitable for business meetings, planning sessions, workshops, corporate retreats, luncheons, showers, business receptions and other small formal gatherings.

The raised facility includes one main meeting room, two smaller breakout rooms, a kitchenette, restrooms and a screened porch with rocking chairs. The main room works well for classroom-style meetings of around 20 to 24 people, while the breakout rooms provide useful space for smaller discussions, interviews or working groups. The entire building can accommodate up to 49 guests, making it best suited to intimate and focused events rather than large conferences or celebrations.

Event organisers have access to tables, chairs, wireless internet, a telephone and a projector screen. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and coffee maker, giving organisers practical support for refreshments and catered breaks. Computers and LCD projectors are not supplied, so organisers can bring their own presentation equipment when required.

The ground floor provides picnic tables for outdoor entertaining, while the surrounding county park adds a natural setting away from the pace of central business districts. The venue is available for daytime and day-to-evening hire, with gate admission included in the rental fee.
