Estes Park Events Complex is a versatile event destination in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, offering organisers a broad selection of indoor and outdoor spaces for business, public and private occasions. The complex includes a large Event Center, an indoor and outdoor Pavilion, fairground and equine facilities, grandstands, gardens and several permitted town venues.

The Event Center provides approximately 33,000 square feet of flexible space, including a large unobstructed hall suitable for trade shows, expos, business meetings, car shows, social gatherings and sporting events. Organisers can also make use of three breakout rooms, including a boardroom, a VIP meeting room and a distinctive circular room with a skylight. The Pavilion offers an adaptable setting where indoor facilities can be combined with the surrounding mountain landscape.

Outdoor options include grandstands for concerts, horse shows and ticketed events, equine facilities for rodeos and agricultural festivals, and scenic locations such as Mrs Walsh’s Garden and O’Connor Pavilion. Other town spaces are available through an event permit process, making the wider destination suitable for markets, performances, community celebrations and outdoor festivals.

The events team supports organisers with contracts, permits, planning guidance and operational coordination. Food and drink options can be arranged through on-site concession partners, with customised menus and food truck capability available for selected events. With flexible layouts, experienced staff and a dramatic Colorado setting, the complex can accommodate everything from smaller gatherings to major public events and multi-day programmes.
