La Maria is a small-scale and versatile event venue in Borgerhout, close to the center of Antwerp. The venue caters to organizers seeking a pleasant place for meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations, team gatherings, rehearsals, and intimate celebrations.

The various spaces can be used separately or together. Living is the largest space and accommodates up to 50 people. The room features a projector and screen, a professional lighting and sound system, tables, chairs, a bar, a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a wooden floor. This makes the space suitable for training sessions, corporate presentations, small performances, receptions, and meetings with an informal atmosphere.

Salon is a compact meeting room for groups of up to eight people, featuring an LED screen, table, chairs, air conditioning, and a warm wooden floor. For outdoor moments, there is a courtyard of approximately 300 square meters with garden furniture, high tables, and festive lighting. The kitchen can be utilized for small groups and is equipped with a finishing kitchen, table, and chairs. Additionally, the studio offers space for creative activities and production work, with the support and expertise of a set builder.

La Maria also supports catering for meetings and training sessions. Coffee, tea, and snacks can be provided, while lunches are arranged in collaboration with local partners. The spaces are available for rent by the half-day, full day, evening, or weekend.
