The Event Room

The Event Room is a flexible Sacramento venue for organisers planning weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers, engagement celebrations and other private events. Its main indoor hall can accommodate up to 130 guests, while the outdoor field provides additional space for larger or more open-air gatherings. The venue offers a practical blank-canvas setting, allowing organisers to shape the room around their chosen theme, layout and guest experience.

Event packages are designed to simplify the planning process. Tables, black resin chairs and food-service tables are available, with further furniture and table linen available at an additional cost. Organisers can also work with the venue’s partners for services such as event setup and decoration, table and chair hire, audio and video equipment, and a portable coffee cart. Outside caterers are welcome, although the premises include a preparation and serving area rather than a cooking kitchen, so food must arrive ready to serve.

The venue is suitable for both personal and business occasions, from receptions and showers to company functions and informal celebrations. Wi-Fi is available, and security personnel can be included for up to five hours. Full-day rental, taxes and clean-up fees are included in the listed venue arrangements, subject to the agreed booking. Tours are available by appointment, giving organisers the opportunity to inspect the space and discuss their requirements before reserving a date. The Event Room operates with clear event guidelines, including a 10pm end time and a requirement for liability insurance and approved security arrangements.
