Brazos County Expo Complex

Located in Bryan, Texas, this substantial event complex provides a versatile setting for organisers planning large public, corporate, sporting and private occasions. The site combines indoor and outdoor facilities, allowing events to be tailored to different formats, guest numbers and production requirements.

The complex includes two covered arenas designed for equestrian events, livestock shows, rodeos, competitions and other dirt events. The North Arena offers seating for up to 3,000 guests, while the South Arena provides a further covered space for disciplines such as dressage, cutting and barrel racing. Two large pavilions add extensive covered areas with livestock pens, horse stalls, cattle ties, wash racks and event support facilities.

For conferences, exhibitions and social functions, the venue features a 50,000 square-foot exhibit hall with more than 28,000 square feet of exhibit space, five individual rooms, booth services, sound equipment, internet connectivity and convenient loading access. The connected ballroom facility provides more than 13,600 square feet of meeting space and can be divided into three smaller rooms. It also includes two meeting rooms, presentation equipment, a sound system, catering kitchen and guest facilities.

The venue welcomes conferences, trade shows, banquets, fundraisers, graduations, ticketed events, private celebrations and educational functions. Its 150-acre site includes generous parking, professional event staff and links to local hotels, transport companies and approved vendors.
