Stanley Arts is a distinctive event and performance venue in South London, based within the historic Grade II listed Stanley Halls complex. Its characterful spaces are available for a wide range of events, from weddings and civil ceremonies to parties, performances, conferences, meetings, rehearsals, filming and photography productions.

The venue’s main Stanley Hall is an impressive Art Nouveau space with a stage, balcony seating and adaptable layouts. It can host seated dinners, audience-based events and larger standing receptions, while modern lighting and sound facilities support music, theatre, dance, comedy, spoken word and other live formats. The adjoining Gallery provides additional event capacity and includes a licensed bar, making it suitable for receptions, exhibitions, talks and social gatherings.

Other spaces include the Assembly Hall, Society Room, Scene Dock, Living Room, Yard Bar, dressing rooms, café and coworking areas. Stanley Arts has a dedicated events team that works with organisers on venue hire, technical requirements, layouts and supplier coordination. Weddings can take place entirely on site, from the ceremony and wedding breakfast through to the evening reception, with the team able to work with chosen caterers and other suppliers. The venue also welcomes filming and photography, offering period interiors, industrial spaces, production support and onsite hospitality options.
