The rooms vary in size, layout, and capacity. The largest room accommodates up to 70 people in a theater setup and can also be configured for cabaret, a square, U-shape, or classroom seating. For smaller meetings, there are compact rooms with a boardroom setup for six to nine people. Several spaces feature natural daylight and can be adapted to the desired program.

Amershof will still be available for meetings in 2026. According to its own website, the conference center will close on January 1, 2027. For meetings and other business gatherings taking place in 2026, organizers can inquire directly about availability, room selection, and packages.
