The Hiltrup Town Hall is a versatile event venue in the south of Münster, offering organizers flexible spaces for a wide variety of events. The building is suitable for conferences, seminars, congresses, trade fairs, concerts, theater performances, club events, company celebrations, and social gatherings. Public events such as flea markets, exhibitions, and cultural programs also find a suitable setting here.

The centerpiece is a large hall with a dance floor and gallery. Depending on the seating arrangement, it can accommodate up to 713 people in its approximately 730 square meters of space. For banquets, up to 521 seats are available. The main hall is complemented by a 200-square-meter upper foyer and several divisible meeting and conference rooms. This allows for the seamless integration of plenary sessions, workshops, meetings, exhibition areas, and receptions. The total exhibition space covers approximately 1,100 square meters.

For technical implementation, a stage, modern conference and event technology, and a sound and lighting system are available. An induction loop system assists guests with hearing impairments. A dedicated internet connection is available for hybrid events and live streams, and Wi-Fi is also available during the agreed usage period. The team provides support with planning, organization, technical aspects, and event management.

The venue is accessible by bus and train and has ample parking directly at the building. Event organizers can receive individual consultation and request a suitable offer for their event.
