The Villepinte Water Mill is a reception and accommodation venue housed in a renovated former mill, in the heart of an 8,000 m² wooded estate in the Aude region. Located near the Canal du Midi, between Carcassonne, Castelnaudary and Bram, the site is ideal for groups seeking a peaceful, unique, and private setting for gatherings of several days.

The property can accommodate up to 17 people, with two additional beds available upon request. It comprises eight bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a 60 m² living room, a dining room, and a terrace. This layout makes it ideal for family gatherings, birthdays, christenings, weekends with friends, group stays, or small team-building events.

The organizers have exclusive use of the entire property, including a private swimming pool, garden, access to the Fresquel River, a sandy beach, a barbecue, and private parking.
