The space accommodates small and medium-sized groups. For meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming sessions, there is room for up to approximately 35 people. A networking event can host up to about 50 guests. The interior consists of an atmospheric plenary hall and an informal living area with a seating area and wood-burning stove. Thanks to the flexible layouts, the space can be adapted to various working styles, from management meetings and training sessions to team retreats and strategy sessions.
Organizers have access to modern amenities such as a presentation screen, flip charts, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, and a Sonos audio system. Coffee, tea, and water are included in the room rental. For lunch, dinner, charcuterie boards, and homemade treats, Kazerne Loft collaborates with local caterers. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
The location makes it particularly attractive. Ede-Wageningen station is within short walking distance, and the forests, heathlands, and hiking trails of the Veluwe are nearby. This allows a meeting to easily be combined with an outdoor activity, workshop, or nature excursion. Additionally, a bedroom with a private bathroom is available for trainers or organizers. The space can also be used for photoshoots and video recordings.
