Impact Conferencing

Impact Conferencing is a purpose-built conference and event venue in Burnley, Lancashire, offering flexible spaces for organisers planning meetings, training days, seminars, networking events, awards ceremonies, exhibitions, performances and corporate presentations.

The venue’s main Auditorium accommodates up to 450 guests in theatre style. It includes professional sound, lighting and video equipment, a large projection screen, full blackout facilities, a stage and backstage areas. Two in-house technicians are included with auditorium hire, with additional production support available for larger or more complex events.

For smaller gatherings, Impact Conferencing provides a selection of rooms suited to presentations, workshops, team meetings and training sessions. The Red Room can host up to 120 people in theatre style, while the Yellow Room accommodates up to 50. The Purple Room is designed for smaller meetings of up to 20 guests, and the Blue Room offers another contemporary meeting environment. Room layouts and equipment can be adapted to suit the format of each event.

The Foyer Café provides a useful reception and networking area, with a reception desk, retail space and espresso coffee bar. It can be used for registration, refreshments, informal meetings, drinks receptions and breaks between sessions.
