Bigwood Event Center

Bigwood Event Center is a flexible meeting and event venue in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, serving organisers of conferences, trade shows, business meetings, weddings, banquets, private celebrations and corporate functions. Located close to Interstate 94, the venue offers more than 12,000 square feet of adaptable space, making it suitable for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events.

The main Wright Ballroom covers approximately 7,000 square feet and can be divided into four separate rooms. It can accommodate up to 800 guests in a theatre-style layout, while the individual spaces provide practical options for smaller meetings, breakout sessions, meals and workshops. Additional facilities include the Oxley Room for groups of up to 80, the Fergus Boardroom for executive meetings of up to 16 people, and a bright pre-function area with high ceilings, large windows and access to an outdoor patio.

Event organisers can benefit from an experienced coordinator, room layout planning, set-up and tear-down assistance, high-speed Wi-Fi, projection equipment, screens, wireless microphones and built-in sound systems. The venue works with a selection of preferred caterers and can arrange refreshments, meals and bar service for different event formats. Organisers may also coordinate accommodation through the adjoining Country Inn & Suites, which provides 96 rooms and suites.
