The Conference Center at SEA provides practical, fully equipped meeting and event space inside Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Its pre-security location on the mezzanine level, above the airport checkpoint, gives organisers an unusual setting with excellent access for local attendees and travelling delegates. Guests can reach the venue without a boarding pass, while airport parking, public transport and nearby accommodation make planning straightforward.

The facility includes five individual meeting rooms, ranging from compact boardroom spaces for small groups to larger rooms for presentations, workshops, seminars and corporate gatherings. Rooms can also be combined to create larger layouts, including the International Auditorium, which accommodates up to 200 people depending on the arrangement. Organisers can choose from boardroom, classroom, theatre, banquet and other seating styles to suit the format of their event.

Built-in equipment is included in the room hire. Facilities include ceiling-mounted projectors and screens, computers, microphones, audio conferencing, presentation clickers, flipcharts, dedicated guest Wi-Fi and other meeting essentials. Complimentary parking validations are available for guests using the airport garage, subject to the venue’s conditions.

Food and beverage services are provided through the centre’s exclusive catering partner, with seasonal menus and options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free requirements.
