Carlton Square Hotel is a four-star hotel in the center of Haarlem, a short distance from Amsterdam and the coast. For organizers of business meetings, the hotel offers a combination of professional meeting rooms, accommodation, hospitality, and personal support. This allows meetings, training sessions, workshops, brainstorming sessions, team days, and multi-day corporate events to be organized in one location.

The hotel features five meeting rooms. Four rooms can be flexibly combined, while Zocher's Bieb offers an intimate setting for executive meetings, private dining, or small-scale gatherings. The rooms can be arranged according to your desired layout and are equipped with amenities such as an LED screen, flipcharts, a multi-functional whiteboard, air conditioning, ventilation, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Additional audiovisual options are available for hybrid meetings, including a 360-degree conference camera and support via audiovisual partners.

Carlton Square offers various meeting packages. Organizers can choose a short half-day, a full meeting day, or a complete package including lunch, snacks, appetizers, dinner, and overnight accommodation. Bar & Kitchen Zocher takes care of the reception, coffee breaks, meals, and drinks, with a kitchen that uses fresh, seasonal, and, where possible, local ingredients.

With 124 hotel rooms, participants can stay overnight at the same location after an intensive program day. The hotel is centrally located in Haarlem and easily accessible by public transport. Furthermore, there is a parking garage beneath the hotel.
