The room is particularly suitable for meetings, consultations, workshops, presentations, and confidential discussions with small groups. Depending on the booking model, up to six people can participate. Hourly or half-day rentals are also possible for smaller groups. The conference room can be rented on a temporary basis by external companies, freelancers, consultants, and other organizers.
The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, a monitor with whiteboard functionality, and a personal welcome. Mineral water and filter coffee are provided. Notes from the whiteboard can be conveniently saved as PDFs via a QR code. This provides a practical technical foundation for structured meetings and collaborative work sessions.
Additional services can be arranged upon request. These include use of the kitchen for breaks, catering, extra beverages, individual decorations, and bookings outside of regular business hours. Free parking is available nearby. Thanks to its convenient access to the HTS (Hüttentalstraße) and its proximity to the Siegen-Weidenau train and bus stations, the conference room is also easily accessible for participants from the surrounding area.
