Plaza Conference Centre

Plaza Conference Centre is a flexible meeting and event venue in Havant, Hampshire, offering practical facilities for organisers planning professional, community and private events. Located within the Public Service Plaza, the centre provides four bookable rooms that can be used separately or combined to suit different formats and group sizes.

The Hurstwood Room is the largest space, accommodating up to 100 guests in theatre style and offering integrated PA equipment, a projector and free Wi-Fi. It can be paired with the Hollybank Room to create additional capacity, breakout space or an area for catering. Hollybank is well suited to presentations, workshops and smaller conferences, with built-in sound, presentation facilities, whiteboards and access to a mezzanine overlooking the atrium.

For training sessions, meetings and smaller gatherings, the Newlease Room provides a more compact working environment with portable presentation equipment. The Tournerbury Room includes a licensed bar, refrigeration and food preparation facilities, making it suitable for catered receptions, private functions and informal events. These rooms can also be booked together.

The bright central atrium offers an additional event setting for evening and weekend bookings, with seating for up to 50 people. The venue has accessible toilets, lift access and booking options by the hour, half-day or full day. Weekend, evening and bank holiday use can be arranged in advance. Plaza Conference Centre is suitable for conferences, AGMs, exhibitions, product launches, training courses, networking events and weddings, with organisers able to discuss room layouts, equipment and booking requirements with the facilities team.
