ARC Conference Center

ARC Conference Center is a flexible event venue on the UC Davis campus in Davis, California, designed for organisers planning conferences, banquets, weddings, private parties, information fairs, staff retreats and other gatherings. Its central ballroom space can be configured for different event formats and divided into two separate rooms, giving planners scope to adapt the layout to their programme, guest numbers and presentation needs.

The combined ballroom accommodates up to 390 guests in lecture-style seating, 240 for a banquet and 160 in a classroom arrangement. Smaller groups can use three adjoining meeting rooms, which are suitable for board meetings, workshops, training sessions and breakout activities. These rooms can be booked separately or combined with the ballroom for larger conferences and multi-part events.

The venue includes built-in audio-visual equipment, ceiling-mounted projection systems, integrated sound and lighting, boardroom furniture and flexible seating layouts. A large outdoor courtyard is available with ballroom reservations, creating an additional setting for receptions, refreshments or informal networking. On-site event staff are available to support organisers with venue planning and practical arrangements.

ARC Conference Center is located at the western end of the UC Davis campus, with convenient access from nearby freeways, visitor parking and public transport connections. The building also includes Peet's Coffee and a marketplace, which can provide useful amenities for delegates and guests. Event reservations are handled through UC Davis Conference and Event Services, with venue managers available to discuss availability, facility options and site tours.
