Crockery and cutlery are provided for approximately 120 people. Additionally, glasses, champagne glasses, wine glasses, refrigerators, a cold room, and a draft beer system are available.

For private events, the hall is rented with cleaning included. For companies, a customized quote can be requested for workshops, training courses, and team-building activities, among others. The venue operates with clear agreements regarding usage, noise, catering, beverages, and the condition of the premises upon departure. DJ sets and heavy sound systems are not permitted, making the Pastorij particularly suitable for quiet and intimate gatherings, receptions, and family-oriented events.
