Adam W. Herbert University Center is a versatile conference and event venue at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. Set within a spacious campus nature preserve, the centre offers a calm setting for business gatherings, educational programmes, training days and private functions, while remaining convenient for local organisations and visiting delegates.

The venue provides approximately 43,000 square feet of conference space, with 35 rooms suitable for groups ranging from 10 to 700 guests. Organisers can choose from smaller conference and seminar rooms, larger meeting spaces, the Board of Trustees Room and the Grand Banquet Hall. The main banquet hall covers around 9,700 square feet and can host formal banquets, receptions and dinners for hundreds of guests. A covered terrace next to the Board of Trustees Room provides an additional setting for pre-event receptions and informal gatherings.

The University Center supports events with built-in wireless internet, projection screens, microphones, projectors, podiums, lighting options and other audiovisual equipment. Technical assistance can also be arranged when required. An on-site catering team, including a catering director and executive chef, provides menus for breakfasts, receptions, lunches, dinners and special events. Outside catering is not permitted, allowing the venue team to coordinate food and service directly.

Event organisers receive support from a designated venue contact who can assist with planning, room layouts, catering, equipment and practical arrangements. Complimentary client parking, accessible spaces and on-site event assistance add convenience for organisers and guests.
