Lone Star College Conference Center

Lone Star College Conference Center provides a practical and well-equipped setting for meetings, conferences, seminars, corporate retreats and community events in northwest Houston. Located at the Lone Star College University Park campus, the centre offers more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and can accommodate events for smaller groups through to approximately 200 guests.

Organisers can choose from a wide range of rooms and layouts, including boardroom-style spaces, training rooms and larger rooms suitable for theatre seating, classroom sessions, receptions or group discussions. The venue team can advise on room selection, seating arrangements and event requirements, with consultations and tours available before booking.

Standard services include room set-up and breakdown, dedicated parking, wireless internet, LCD projection, projection screens, flipcharts, whiteboards and other meeting essentials. Audio-visual and technical support is available to help organisers prepare presentations, training sessions and professional conferences. Concierge assistance and custodial services are also included, helping events run smoothly from arrival through to completion.

Additional options include catering, video conferencing, telepresence, conference phones, WebEx, display installation, specialist technology, security, administrative support, extra cleaning and extended opening hours. Catering can be arranged for meetings and events, subject to an additional charge.
