CLM Conferencing & Events

CLM Conferencing & Events provides a purpose-built conference and events venue in central Coventry, suitable for organisers planning meetings, training days, seminars, AGMs, awards evenings, exhibitions, team away days and larger corporate gatherings. The venue offers a choice of rooms and layouts, ranging from spaces for intimate groups and interviews to a large auditorium for conferences, trade shows and events with several hundred delegates.

Its main facilities include the Grace Auditorium, Inspire Room, Elegance Room, CRE 8 Room, Serenity Rooms and Amy Room. Rooms can be arranged in theatre, classroom, boardroom, cabaret or informal layouts, allowing organisers to tailor the setting to their programme. The venue also supports hybrid meetings, webinars and remote participants, with built-in projection, sound, lighting and other presentation equipment available across the rooms. Technical assistance can be arranged when required.

Catering is delivered by the in-house Café Life team, with options including refreshments, light snacks, hot and cold buffet lunches and bespoke conference menus. Organisers can also request room hire without catering or discuss more formal dining requirements. The venue works with nearby hotels to help accommodate multi-day conferences and offers parking options close to the building, including limited on-site spaces.
