The centerpiece is the auditorium, spanning approximately 1,150 square meters, featuring a large stage and professional lighting, sound, and projection equipment. It is complemented by a lecture hall, several divisible seminar and conference rooms, a boardroom, and spacious foyer areas. These spaces can be used for breakout sessions, exhibitions, poster presentations, receptions, catering, and evening events. In total, approximately 2,400 square meters of event space are available.
The Science Congress Center Munich offers state-of-the-art conference and event technology for the technical implementation of events. This includes projection, stage and audio technology, simultaneous interpretation, live streaming, recording, ambient lighting, and on-site technical support. Even special requirements, such as the presentation of vehicles or other large exhibits, can be met thanks to direct access to the stage and the heavy-duty elevator.
The event service includes customized catering packages with coffee breaks, beverages, lunch, buffets, or set menus. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options are available. A Courtyard by Marriott hotel and an apartment hotel are also located within the building complex.
