Several event spaces are available for organizers. The large lecture hall can accommodate up to 120 people and is equipped with a sound system, projector, grand piano, LAN, and Wi-Fi. In addition, there is a red salon for up to 50 people, several smaller breakout rooms for workshops and working groups, a meditation room, a chapel, and a multi-purpose hall for larger lectures, receptions, and events with up to 250 seats. Flexible seating arrangements allow for adaptation to different event formats.
The venue combines conference facilities with accommodation and catering. Up to 107 guests can be accommodated in single, double, and triple rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom. For larger groups, there is also a partnership with a nearby hotel. The kitchen offers regional and organic products, vegetarian dishes, and solutions for allergies and food intolerances. Catering can also be provided for receptions and special events held at the venue.
For relaxing breaks and the accompanying program, the facilities include a beer garden, a bowling alley, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and attractive excursion options in the Fichtel Mountains. The EBZ is therefore particularly suitable for organizations, companies, educational institutions, associations, and church groups seeking a well-equipped conference venue with personalized support, accommodation, and catering.
