Concorde Center

Concorde Center is a versatile meeting and banquet venue set within a scenic countryside location in Woodstock, Illinois. Surrounded by rolling fields, woodland and lakes, the property offers event organisers a peaceful setting away from the demands of the city, while remaining suitable for business and private occasions.

The venue’s main banquet hall measures approximately 2,400 square feet and can host up to 150 guests for a seated dinner or buffet reception. The room includes tables and chairs, a stone fireplace, flexible lighting and access to a large outdoor deck overlooking the surrounding landscape. Outdoor features such as a gazebo, paved areas, exterior lighting and an outdoor fireplace create additional possibilities for receptions, photographs and relaxed social gatherings.

For meetings, training sessions and smaller corporate events, Concorde Center provides rooms for groups of around 10 to 30 people. Larger spaces can be arranged in an auditorium-style layout for up to 300 attendees, making the venue suitable for presentations, seminars, company meetings and group briefings. A separate entrance and registration foyer also allow organisers to create a more personalised arrival experience.

The centre can support executive retreats and strategic planning days, with catering available to complement the event programme. Overnight accommodation is offered in three private guest houses containing 11 rooms, providing a practical option for visiting delegates, wedding guests or retreat participants who want to stay on site.
