APU Conferencing and Meeting Room Services

APU Conferencing and Meeting Room Services provides a flexible collection of event spaces on the Alaska Pacific University campus in Anchorage, Alaska. Its facilities are suited to organisers planning conferences, seminars, business meetings, presentations, panel discussions, receptions, weddings, educational programmes and community gatherings.

The venue portfolio includes the Atwood Center Rasmuson Hall, a recently renovated space for up to 100 seated or 150 standing guests, with laser projectors, retractable screens and built-in microphones and speakers. Smaller groups can use the Carr Gottstein Seminar Room, which accommodates up to 50 people and can be arranged in boardroom, classroom or theatre style. The CH2MHill Board Room seats up to 30 and is designed for meetings, client presentations, small conferences and team activities, with audiovisual equipment and a kitchenette.

For presentations, performances and larger gatherings, the Earl R. Brown Auditorium offers 210 seats, a stage and options for sound, podium and video equipment. The Lecture Hall provides tiered seating for up to 75 guests, while the ConocoPhillips and Leah J. Peterson Galleries offer distinctive settings for receptions, displays, vendor tables and catered events.

Event organisers can also request catering, ranging from breakfasts and buffet lunches to seated dinners and wedding receptions for approximately 15 to 250 people. Limited summer accommodation is available for camps, training programmes and conferences. With a peaceful campus setting, views towards the Chugach Mountains and a location close to central Anchorage, APU offers a practical and adaptable base for professional, educational and social events.
