Billy Bob’s Texas is a large-scale live music and entertainment venue in Fort Worth’s historic Stockyards district, offering organisers an unmistakably Texan setting for corporate events, private celebrations, receptions, meetings, dinners, trade shows and private concerts. The venue combines live country music, dancing, Western hospitality and authentic Stockyards character across more than 100,000 square feet of flexible event space.

Event planners can choose from several distinctive rooms and formats. The Guitar Bar provides an intimate atmosphere for groups of up to 100 guests, with music memorabilia, neon décor and a private bar. The Texas Club accommodates up to 100 people and includes a private restroom, built-in screens and a comfortable lodge-inspired design, making it suitable for meetings, presentations and receptions. For larger productions, the Showroom can host dinner events, company meetings, trade shows, receptions and private concerts, with seating for up to 1,900 guests and adaptable layouts including stages, dance floors, tables and chairs.

The nearby 81 Club offers an independent 10,000-square-foot setting for groups of up to 600 guests, including seated dinners for approximately 320 people. Smaller groups can use semi-private spaces such as Rhinestone Lookout or Cowboy Corner for networking, cocktails and casual gatherings.
