The Great Hall accommodates up to 220 guests for seated dining and as many as 500 guests for standing receptions, making it a strong choice for gala dinners, awards, product launches and dancing. The Garden Room seats up to 70 or hosts 180 for a reception, with direct views of the hydrangea garden, perfect for summer cocktails and photos. The intimate Staircase Room seats 32 or up to 60 standing, ideal for private dining, briefings or family milestones. For meetings and training, multiple rooms can be used in parallel, enabling seminar style events for about 320 attendees across separate spaces.

Catering is flexible. A skilled in house kitchen prepares menus tailored to the occasion, trusted partner caterers are available, and there is also the possibility to work with your own caterer if that suits your programme. Two on site car parks provide around 70 spaces for convenient guest arrival, and the setting near Eeklo’s centre keeps travel simple for local and regional attendees.
