Youmeet

On October 13, Youmeet Utrecht is organizing an inspiring afternoon for management support staff, such as office managers, assistants, and secretaries. During the event 'From Coordinator to Director – The Office Manager of the Future,' one question takes center stage: what does your role look like in the workplace of tomorrow?

The role of management support staff has changed significantly in recent years. While the focus previously lay on organizing and supporting, it is increasingly shifting towards connecting, contributing ideas, and influencing collaboration and culture within organizations. Precisely because they are at the heart of the organization, they are often the first to see what is changing.

With this event, Youmeet aims to provide the space to reflect on this. No lengthy theories, but an inspiring afternoon full of relatable experiences, practical insights, and the opportunity to exchange experiences with peers. A moment to step away from daily practice and look at your own role with a fresh perspective.

The program content is provided by YNNO, the leading consultancy for new ways of working. Their specialists in behavior and change guide participants through how organizations evolve and the role management support staff can play in this process. Themes such as hybrid working, collaboration, and social connection in the workplace are explicitly addressed.

The event takes place at Youmeet Utrecht, starts with a walk-in session including lunch, and concludes with networking drinks, where participants can engage in informal conversation.
