Are you looking for a space for meetings, a fun movie night, a place to practice a hobby... then the wool room could be the place to be! The wool room is a warm room of 64m² with a kitchen corner. The room is equipped for 20 people, if there are more of you, this can be discussed. This is located on the first floor, unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users. The sanitary facilities can be found in the youth accommodation center and are separately accessible, a key is provided. You can rent this multifunctional space separately from the youth accommodation.
What is available? 20 chairs, 8 tables, large flat screen TV (controllable via WiFi), kettle, tea & coffee, 2 thermoses, bags, glasses and spoons, dishes and cleaning supplies
Price:
Full day: one-off: €110 from 4x per year: €75 per time or one-off: €55 from 4x per year: €32 per time with discount rate*
Part of the day: one-off: €50 from 4x per year: €42 per time or one-off: €25 from 4x per year: €21 per time with discount rate*
About the prices:
Part of the day: morning (9am - 1pm), afternoon (1pm - 5pm) and evening (6pm - 10pm)
Full day: 9am - 10pm
Includes: use of entire space, WiFi, television screen, coffee and tea, crockery. Support Diggie? Solidarity contribution of max. 20% possible on top of the normal price. Volunteer, shareholder, staff: 10% discount.
Please note: our discounts cannot be combined (the IVV social rate can be combined).
Practical: The room is suitable for 20 people. If you would like to come with more, this can be requested in advance when booking. We expect the area to be left sweepingly clean, tables to be wiped clean and dishes to be washed. If this does not happen, we will charge an additional cost of €25. You will receive instructions about access to the wool room when you make your reservation.
