On the Antwerp Eilandje, opposite the MAS | Museum aan de Stroom, is the historic warehouse 'Rubens Noord'. It is in the magnificent vaulted cellar of this warehouse that cocktail bar BelRoy's MAS welcomes you and your guests for cocktails and more. This location on the marina of the Willemdok is a unique environment for a business or private event. Bartender Dieter Van Roy and his team provide high-quality cocktails and food, as well as a warm and hospitable reception. In addition, BelRoy's MAS has developed a number of tailor-made formulas to offer you and your guests a unique experience.

The interior of BelRoy's MAS is tasteful and authentic to say the least. The brick curves and atmospheric lighting, together with the cozy furniture, provide the necessary 'casual chic'. Extra cachet comes from the bar and the beautifully lit back bar. The atmosphere of a speakeasy is never far away. The location has a capacity of up to 140 people (standing), while the many separate niches still provide the necessary intimacy. Ideal for receiving both larger and smaller groups.

In good weather, BelRoy's MAS also has a spacious terrace on the Willemdok, with a beautiful view of the marina and the MAS.

BelRoy's MAS is of course first and foremost synonymous with cocktails. The menu features classics, own creations and bottle-aged cocktails – just think of the El Presidente or James Bond's Vesper Martini. Lovers of 'pure' will find what they are looking for in numerous delicious gems:

limited bottles or bottles from closed distilleries. But there is more... We want to make the experience of your guests complete and culinary. Think of luxury amuse-bouches, small surprising dishes and refined snacks. After all, tasty and beautifully presented dishes make a party or event unforgettable. They can also support a theme, tell a story, accentuate a concept, ... And in combination with a cocktail or mocktail, we create a full-fledged cocktail dinner that your guests will remember for a long time to come. Cocktail pairing workshop

The idea that only wine and food can match is long outdated. In this workshop we will work around the basics of pairing cocktails and spirits with individual dishes or a full menu.

Speakeasy

A fun and exciting event concept that is inspired by the tradition of Prohibition with illegal bars in secret locations where you could only enter with a password. Your guests will be informed in advance via mailings, SMS and social media about a secret meeting. By solving riddles, they can meet the mysterious man with the cape in the Antwerp city center who has the final password to gain access to the speakeasy at the MAS... Once all the guests are in the basement, the event itself is a succession of cocktails/mocktails, musical entertainment and possibly adapted snacks or dishes…

Guest bartenders

Dieter knows the cocktail world through and through. During his professional career, he has already met many national and international bartenders and exchanged experiences with them. On request, we invite one of them to BelRoy's MAS for a unique collaboration behind the bar:

Pairing Club

An absolute must for those who want to experience the latest trend of cocktail pairing. On request, we invite a top chef to BelRoy's MAS to prepare a full dinner for you and your guests. The bartenders at BelRoy's MAS are inspired by the ingredients and flavors to pair the dishes with existing cocktails or new surprising creations. The titillating combinations lift this culinary experience to a higher level. We will gladly inform you about possibilities and formulas.

Op het Antwerpse Eilandje, tegenover het MAS | Museum aan de Stroom, staat het historische pakhuis ‘Rubens Noord’. Het is in de schitterende, gewelfde kelder van dit pakhuis dat cocktailbar BelRoy’s MAS u en uw gasten ontvangt voor cocktails en meer. Deze locatie aan de jachthaven van het Willemdok is een unieke omgeving voor een zakelijk of privaat evenement. Bartender Dieter Van Roy en zijn team zorgen voor cocktails en food van hoogstaand niveau, net als voor een warme en gastvrije ontvangst. Bovendien ontwikkelde BelRoy’s MAS enkele formules op maat om u en uw gasten een unieke ervaring aan te bieden.

Het interieur van BelRoy’s MAS is op zijn minst smaakvol en authentiek te noemen. De bakstenen welvingen en de sfeervolle verlichting zorgen samen met het cosy meubilair voor de nodige ‘casual chic’. Extra cachet komt van de bar en de mooi uitgelichte backbar. De sfeer van een speakeasy is nooit ver af. De locatie heeft een capaciteit tot 140 personen (staand), terwijl de vele afzonderlijke nissen toch zorgen voor de nodige intimiteit. Ideaal dus om zowel grotere als kleinere groepen te ontvangen.

Bij goed weer beschikt BelRoy’s MAS ook over een ruim terras aan het Willemdok, met een mooi uitzicht op de jachthaven en het MAS.

BelRoy’s MAS is uiteraard in de eerste plaats synoniem aan cocktails. Op de menukaart staan klassiekers, eigen creaties en op fles gerijpte cocktails – denk maar aan de El Presidente of James Bond‘s Vesper Martini. Liefhebbers van ‘puur’ vinden hun gading in tal van heerlijke pareltjes:

Het idee dat enkel wijn en food kunnen matchen is al lang achterhaald. In deze workshop werken we rond de basisprincipes om cocktails en spirits te koppelen met individuele gerechten of een volledig menu.

Speakeasy

Een leuk en spannend eventconcept dat zich laat inspireren door de traditie van de drooglegging met illegale bars op geheime locaties waar je alleen met een paswoord binnenkwam. Uw gasten worden op voorhand via mailings, sms en social media geïnformeerd over een geheime ontmoeting. Door het oplossen van raadsels kunnen ze in de Antwerpse binnenstad de geheimzinnige man met de cape ontmoeten die het uiteindelijke paswoord heeft om toegang te krijgen tot de speakeasy aan het MAS... Eens alle genodigden in de kelder zijn is het event zelf een aaneenschakeling van cocktails/mocktails, muzikaal entertainment en eventueel aangepaste hapjes of gerechten…

Guest bartenders

Dieter kent het cocktailwereldje door en door. Tijdens zijn professionele carrière heeft hij dan ook al heel wat nationale en internationale bartenders ontmoet en met hen ervaringen uitgewisseld. Op verzoek nodigen we een van hen bij BelRoy’s MAS uit voor een unieke samenwerking achter de bar:

Pairing Club

De bartenders van BelRoy’s MAS laten zich door de ingrediënten en smaken inspireren om de gerechten te koppelen met bestaande cocktails of nieuwe verrassende creaties.
