Professional approach in difficult times
The way of organizing, approach has been carried out in a very professional manner in these difficult times.
Many companies can learn something from this and it would make a very positive contribution if the government listens, makes observations at this organization before making decisions to apply something. If you take your responsibility like De Montil, a lot can be achieved in the COVID period.
That is why we would like to thank the De Montil team again for the way they have organized this.
a great and professional location
For a few months now we have been organizing all kinds of meetings (eg works council) in the montil.
this is always extremely efficient and professional. the planning, the layout of the rooms (especially in corona times) the meals everything is arranged down to the last detail.
On 16/03 we were forced to cancel our spring fair in De Montil, on 14/09 we were able to organize our autumn fair in De Montil. Thanks to the excellent cooperation with De Montil and its staff, this became a 100% Corona-proof event with a successful course in a relaxed and calm atmosphere despite / thanks to all the precautions. The commitment of the staff coupled with the excellent accommodation has contributed enormously to this, kudos to them, many thanks!
Meeting in De Montil in Corona times
Pro Flandria is a Flemish network of entrepreneurs and academics. We organize a membership meeting for about 100 participants 4 times a year. Afterwards there is a reception with the possibility to have lunch afterwards.
Due to lack of space (Corona rules) in our traditional meeting location, we moved to De Montil in Essene on 19 Sept 2020. It must be said: in De Montil there is more than enough space to hold a meeting for 100 people in accordance with Corona. Because we were very satisfied with the reception, course of the meeting, reception and subsequent lunch, we also booked the Montil directly for our next 2 meetings.
