Eventveiligheid is live: safety plans approved by local authorities
From 15 October, Eventveiligheid.nl will be available to event organisers. You draw your site on the map, guided through nine steps, and the tool turns it into a scaled site plan and a complete safety plan. Capacity, evacuation time, audience density and risk class are calculated from the drawing. The result is a submission-ready PDF with thematic maps and a calculation appendix, laid out in the format that permit officers and safety regions expect.
The calculations and checks follow the standards that municipalities themselves use: the Bbgbop, the Veldnorm Evenementenzorg, fire service regulations and NEN 8020-41.
Eventveiligheid was developed by Valkery Productions and Event Security Group: people from the events industry who have been making safety plans by hand for years.
An account is free. You pay per event, only when you activate it. Prefer to outsource it? You can request to have your drawing made for you.

Vanaf 15 oktober is Eventveiligheid.nl beschikbaar voor evenementorganisatoren. Je tekent je terrein op de kaart, begeleid in negen stappen, en de tool maakt er een situatietekening op schaal en een compleet veiligheidsplan van. Capaciteit, ontruimingstijd, publieksdichtheid en risicoklasse rekenen zich vanuit de tekening. Het resultaat is een indienbare PDF met themakaarten en rekenbijlage, in de opbouw die vergunningverleners en veiligheidsregio’s verwachten.
De berekeningen en controles volgen de normen waar gemeenten zelf mee werken: het Bbgbop, de Veldnorm Evenementenzorg, de brandweervoorschriften en NEN 8020-41.
Eventveiligheid is ontwikkeld door Valkery Productions en Event Security Group: mensen uit de evenementenpraktijk die jarenlang veiligheidsplannen met de hand maakten.
Een account is gratis. Je betaalt per evenement, pas als je het activeert. Liever uitbesteden? Je tekening laten maken kan op aanvraag.
