On January 14th, Ecco La Luna organized a large-scale Domino Experience for Danone Nutricia at the Higuerón Hotel in Malaga. The team-building event marked the start of a four-day kick-off meeting for Danone Spain on the theme of SuNRise.
300 participants, divided into 30 teams, worked together to build a single large domino array using 80,000 dominoes. The final domino show demonstrated the challenges of collaborating on a large scale: not every element held together, and at several points, the chain reaction had to be reactivated.
It was precisely that imperfection that made the experience so powerful. The Domino Experience became a powerful metaphor for collaboration, resilience, and staying focused on one shared goal.

Op 14 januari organiseerde Ecco La Luna een grootschalige Domino Experience voor Danone Nutricia in het Higuerón Hotel Málaga. De teambuilding vormde de start van een vierdaagse kick-off meeting voor Danone Spanje rond het thema SuNRise.
300 deelnemers, verdeeld over 30 teams, bouwden samen één grote domino-opstelling met 80.000 dominostenen. Tijdens de finale domino show bleek hoe uitdagend samenwerken op grote schaal is: niet elk onderdeel hield stand en op enkele momenten moest de kettingreactie opnieuw geactiveerd worden.
Net die imperfectie maakte de ervaring zo sterk. De Domino Experience werd een krachtige metafoor voor samenwerking, veerkracht en samen blijven focussen op één gedeeld doel.
