After training at the cookery school and a catering food truck adventure, Thomas Van Bouwel and Pieter Uytterlinde decided to found Bien Cuit. The intention is to bring gourmet food to the living rooms in Flanders, to serve groups in Antwerp a tasty meal in a pleasant atmosphere and to teach people different cooking techniques and to let them know new dishes (cooking styles) by organizing workshops in Antwerp
