Firelight BVBA was founded and founded by the current manager, Wim Puimege, in 1992. With our 20 years of experience, we can offer you everything, or almost everything, that you need. Firelight is especially strong in realizing total projects and can rely on its own specialized people, who each take care of their domain. In addition to Concept, Management, Production, Sound, Light and Video departments, we also have a specialized ICT and electricity department, who assist where necessary in the development and technical realization of a complete project.
With the slogan - Small but Fine - and our SPOC (single point of contact) method, we have already realized beautiful projects.
- Concept : After an initial introduction to the customer, the wishes and purpose of your event are examined and mapped. Together with the customer we look at what he will do and what Firelight will take to heart. Firelight also follows up on what the customer will do himself and sets the necessary deadlines against what, where, when and by whom.
- Production : The production department, together with the Concept department, examines which budgets are needed for the realization of your event and where we must engage our external partners, such as hostesses for the reception, the caterer, etc. Firelight can guarantee this. the necessary contacts and discussions. If you wish to work with artists, they will also make the necessary contacts here and book the artists for you. This has the advantage that we can also negotiate directly regarding the technical requirements of the artist in question.
As soon as Concept and Production have a complete view of all wishes and their realization, the technical departments can start with the technical preparation of all needs and make you a proposal. - Sound : The people of the sound / sound department then look at the most ideal solution to realize your project. For example, they look at which systems one will work with (Electro-voice, L-Acoustics V-DOSC, dV-DOSC and KARA). If the boxes are placed on stands (small systems), we will stack a number of boxes at the front (stacking) and then work with smaller systems to get a good spread of the sound or we can rig the entire systems. How many and which micros are needed? Which mixing table are we going to use? In short, a complete check-up of the material to be used.
- Light : It is of course very important that your event is in the light, without providing excessive light here. If you want something more to come into the light at a given time, it is the light crew that will choose the right spot. Our light crew therefore has extensive experience in working with static or moving light. They also look at the possibilities of hanging all the light. For example, one can work on tripods, make a construction of trusses or we will rig everything (hang it up) if the locations allow it.
- Video : If you want to see a presentation, your speakers, dancers or whatever projected on screens for support, it is possible. Firelight can offer you a capture with 5 cameras, combined with the necessary computers for your presentation. It is the video crew that will discuss with you what kind of display one will use, ranging from projection, plasma or LED screens, to a complete LED wall.
- Rigging : The rigging team attaches great importance to safety. They will therefore first check on the spot to what extent it is possible and technically justified to rig all materials. They work closely with the sound and light crew to hang everything safely and aesthetically, as well as getting rid of all cables.
- Electricity and ICT : Our electricity and ICT department support the entire project where necessary. For example, the electricity department is responsible, where necessary, for installing our own, approved distribution boxes. Placing the necessary generators and laying the necessary power cables. The IT department can provide you with support for making powerpoints, together with the graphics department.
- Graphic design : This department is currently in its starting blocks, but we can still offer you more than the necessary support.
In other words, Firelight provides you with a total solution, in which you as a customer have a lot of say, but where we will not bother you if it is not necessary.
