Country Ridge Cottage

Country Ridge Cottage is a private-use venue in Melissa, Texas, for weddings and other gatherings. Set among wooded grounds, the property brings together a rustic cottage, a detached bridal suite, a gazebo lawn and a large covered deck and patio. Couples and organisers can book the whole site for their rental period, so no other event is scheduled there at the same time.

The venue is suited to weddings and elopements, as well as showers, milestone birthdays, family reunions, photo shoots and small group gatherings. Indoor space offers a cosy setting for ceremonies, meals or meetings, while the outdoor areas give guests room to gather beneath the covered deck or around the gazebo. The site is recommended for events of up to 100 guests, with space for around 60 people seated inside the cottage.

Furniture is included, with Chiavari and folding chairs, tables and cocktail tables available for event layouts. The cottage also has bathrooms, a shower and a kitchenette. Organisers can bring their own food and drinks, and there is no required caterer, leaving flexibility to choose suppliers and style the occasion to suit their plans. Table and chair setup and linen can be arranged for an additional charge.

Country Ridge Cottage offers dedicated wedding packages as well as a separate celebration option for non-wedding events. Private tours are available by appointment, giving prospective clients the chance to view the cottage, grounds and event spaces before choosing a date.
