Domaine du Bommelaers Wall

Route de Furnes Lieu dit Le Bommelaers Wall, 59254 Ghyvelde, France

In Ghyvelde, near Dunkirk, Domaine du Bommelaers Wall offers event organisers two reception rooms in a former farm. The venue hosts weddings, birthday parties, banquets, association meetings and corporate events, among other occasions. The spaces can be booked separately, and the entire estate can also be hired exclusively.

La Hêtraie is bright and decorated in a country style. It offers 130 m² and can accommodate up to 60 people seated at round tables, 80 at rectangular tables, or 200 people for a drinks reception. It includes an adjoining lounge, a 500 m² enclosed garden, a fully equipped catering kitchen and a car park. La Grange is set in an old building with exposed brickwork and beams. It has around 300 m² of space and can accommodate up to 180 guests. Its enclosed garden, 125 m² terrace, children's area and room for the newlyweds make it possible to host different parts of a reception on site. Civil ceremonies can also be held in the outdoor spaces.

For seminars and some association gatherings, packages including meals are available in partnership with caterers. One room can be set up in a conference layout with a mobile screen, sound system and wireless microphones. For receptions, organisers can choose their caterer from a selection of partners, and can hire equipment and decorative accessories reserved for clients of the estate. Suppliers familiar with the venue can also be recommended for entertainment or photography. Visits and availability enquiries are by appointment.
