57 Windward

57 Windward is a flexible event venue in the heart of Venice Beach, offering a distinctive setting for organisers planning corporate gatherings, brand experiences and private celebrations. The compound combines indoor spaces with a large walled courtyard, terraces, breakout rooms and a bungalow, giving planners options for events of different formats and sizes. Individual areas can be used separately or brought together for a larger-scale event.

The venue is suited to brand activations, immersive experiences, product launches, pop-ups, conferences, meetings, private parties and weddings. Its adaptable rooms can support presentations, workshops and breakout sessions, while open areas offer scope for installations, displays and guest mingling. The location also welcomes concerts, film and television shoots, premieres, photography and other production work. For production teams, the site offers multiple access points for loading, dedicated production and green-room areas, and substantial electrical capacity in selected spaces.

Set close to the Venice Beach boardwalk, the property offers a memorable setting for events seeking a strong sense of place. Organisers can work with the venue team to shape layouts and tailor the space to their brief. Its combination of courtyard, indoor rooms and terraces makes it possible to plan events that move between different environments while keeping activities within one venue.

From intimate dinners and executive meetings to large brand showcases and celebrations, 57 Windward provides a bookable venue with a varied mix of spaces for planners to consider. The team also promotes immersive visual production, projection mapping, virtual production, livestreaming and content creation services for event and brand projects.
