MLP Events Live

Set within Columbus's historic Municipal Light Plant, MLP Events Live offers a collection of distinctive spaces for weddings, corporate functions, receptions and other gatherings. The former industrial building gives events a characterful setting, with original architectural features and rooms that vary in scale and atmosphere.

Five spaces are available to consider: the Turbine Hall, the Annex, the Cellar, the Atrium and the Rooftop. The Turbine Hall is the largest, accommodating up to 325 guests for a seated dinner. Smaller options include the Annex for more intimate occasions, while the Cellar brings a distinctive underground setting. The Atrium offers an open central space, and the Rooftop pairs an outdoor setting with views across downtown Columbus. Capacities differ by room and event format, so organisers can select a space to suit their guest numbers and plans.

The venue is presented for a broad range of uses, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, company events, auctions, exhibitions and festivals. Some rooms can also support meetings or serve as additional space alongside a larger event. For larger gatherings, or enquiries about particular rooms, organisers can contact the venue directly to discuss availability and arrangements.

With several different spaces in one historic location, MLP Events Live gives event planners in Columbus options for both intimate gatherings and larger occasions. Its dedicated reservation and contact channels provide a starting point for discussing event dates, types and venue requirements.
